We will need details for every client/ticket. Please provide upon booking:

- Dates of birth of all clients

Seating
Up to four seats are guaranteed until 2 weeks prior the game. For last minute sales please ask our team for availability.
Delivery
Tickets will come as e-tickets in the week before the game.
Cancellation policy
We do not cancel orders in any case without restrictions. We are not responsible for date/time changes or cancellation requests from clients. In case the match date changes, current orders will be valid for the new date. We might be able to swap orders to another match if needed, extra costs will be discussed before confirmation of the swap. If the clients will not be able to attend on the new date, we might buy the tickets back for the price to be discussed by that time. Agency or client is able to resell the seats themselves upon matchday.
