Delivery
The Reds Bar will come as e-tickets about one week before the game. We will need 1 lead name to personalize the e-tickets.
The off-site options will be delivered as e-tickets. We will make sure the tickets + instruction letter will be available at the clients hotel reception at latest one day prior the match.
Some hotels in Liverpool will not accept envelopes for any guests. In case the client will stay in an hotel where no deliveries can be done, our team will contact you and come to a solution to make sure the clients get the tickets on time.
For hotel deliveries, we will need to following information in full:
- Booking / guest name at the hotel
- Hotel name and address
- Check in date and booking reference
- Mobile Telephone number of the client during the trip to the UK
Fo European matches, Liverpool may request for client info. Full names of all attendees, nationality and in some cases even passport numbers.
